We have been extremely cautious to include only material:1) Which is in the public domain. This includes material which predates copyright laws, and material whose copyright has expired. In the United States, material dated 1922 or earlier is usually in the public domain; other countries’ laws may vary.
2) For which we have permissions from the copyright holders. In some cases, we could not fully trace the origin of a hymn, but due to its source, it is believed to be in the public domain. Should you find a hymn with a copyright still in force, please let us know. And we will remove it immediately. We are very careful not to infringe any copyright . So if there is any infringement, it is unintentional. The sole purpose of this web site is to provide tools and resources for the saints to learn to worship God with hymn singing and help advance God’s kingdom.
Moreover, to further protect the copyright of the writers and composers and / or publishers:
1) the midi files are encrypted so that they can not be played by other midi players
2) the lyrics of hymns appear in graphic mode so that they cannot be copied
